Degree in Biological Science, PhD in Evolutionary Biology. Since 2010, Associate Professor at the University of Padova. Teacher of Comparative Anatomy of Vertebrates I (first level degree in Natural and Environmental Science) and Eco-Evo-Devo (second level degree in Environmental Sustainability and Education). Principal Investigator of the research group of Developmental Biology and Morphogenesis of the Department of Biology, University of Padova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scientific activity: author of more than 116 papers published in international peer reviewed journals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scientific activity mainly focalized on developmental mechanisms, differentiation and evolution in ascidians. Coordinator of the European Project DeuteroNoise, financed by JPI Oceans, and Associated Investigator of the PRIN 2022 NoDe, dealing with the impact of maritime noise pollution on marine deuterostome invertebrates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chair and Organizer of Meeting organization several meetings (International Tunicate Meetings, Euro-Evo-Devo meeting).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
